“I won't buy chicken that isn't free range. Glad to find Pipers Farm does thighs and drumsticks as I prefer them to breast and supermarkets seem to have stopped stocking them free range. More expensive of course but for me worth it.”
“We use these either for baking just add herbs & spices and left cold absolutely delicious, and we use them for chicken broth with the added chicken stock mix or the osessa chicken broth , add some onion , carrot , celery , makes a great homemade broth .”
