“These burgers are very good. But there is a BUT for me. My adult son is strictly anti red meat and I respect this, he lives with me and I understand his principles. I am the main shopper and cook which I accept and enjoy. I was a bit disappointed to find on reading the ingredients to see that pork fat is included. I believe that you follow all the guidelines about the humane treatment,and slaughtering of your livestock but I remain unconvinced about the rearing of animals for various reasons. I haven't yet looked at the ingredients for the chicken sausages. In the meantime I shall continue to buy the chicken mice and make my own chicken burgers and polpette. I wonder if you could find an alternative to pork fat for your burgers to satisfy fussy non red meat eaters like me and my son. Best wishes and thanks for your lovely products and website.”
