“This is one of the best chickens we have tasted. Cooked perfectly with a lovely texture and actually tasted of chicken! I was surprised when it arrived frozen as I have never cooked a chicken that has been frozen before but it did not affect the quality or taste in any way.”

“I cooked this for our anniversary dinner simply roasted with salt, pepper and tarragon. It was tender and succulent with a rich deep flavour. We got several meals for two out of the smallest chicken, although I should say meals for three, as our notoriously fussy cat relished her share in a way we had never seen before. I have frozen the bones and carcass to make a broth as soon as I get around to it. Will definitely order again.”
