“Unbelievably good! And, if you have any doubts, be brave about using the carcass to make stock. That's way beyond my normal.comfort zone but it was fantastically easy and came out really, really well. A massive success all round!”

“This chicken is absolutely delicious. Succulent, and with no shrinkage on cooking, plenty for a Sunday roast two adults and eg a Thai curry the next day. This is definitely my favourite chicken now.”
