“Really delicious and succulent bird, which we enjoyed as a Sunday roast then in fajitas on Monday; the 'leftovers' were just as moist and flavourful as the roast. Would definitely recommend this bird.”

“Cooked our first one of these a few days ago, it was lean and had a great flavour, really tasty. We had loads of meat off it and used the bones to make soup, so all in all very good value for money. Will certainly be buying again.”
