“I was a little disappointed with the chicken. I guess my expectations were high as I had read all the information on your website. However, I found the chicken to be "tight" after it had defrosted, and it took much longer than recommended to cook which did mean the meat was quite dry. Shame.”

Unlike industrially grown Chickens, Our carefully grown Chickens can be eaten with minimal cooking, the meat should be just cooked and can be eaten slightly opaque as longer cooking can make the meat dry.
