“Once you open an account the ordering process is simple. The website is easy to navigate and the product descriptions are pretty accurate. The steaks arrived chilled or frozen and are ready for the freezer in double packed wrappers to avoid freezer burn.
I have ordered these steaks on 3 of my last 4 orders. They are my favourite treat and taste fantastic. Tender and juicy I simply season and then cook on a cast iron skillet and, most importantly, leave for at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a decent full bodied wine for a perfect evening.”

This one was cut thinner than the first steak so I had to take care to make sure it stayed juicy inside but charred on the outer surfaces. Seasoned with Hickory rub - also from Pipets - and it was great!!
