“Fantastic and affordable “everyday” steaks! I cooked two of the steaks per person, each maybe 40-60s on each side for medium rare. Very flavourful, prior to cooking I salted and peppered them and during last 30s I added garlic and butter (also from Pipers Farm), it was phenomenal! Despite being leaner cut, the meat was flavoursome and tender (diagonal cut is recommended).”
