“Very Very disappointed. Had two excellent entrecote steaks and decided to order for a special occasion. On opening the packs, one steak was in two pieces clearly unusable for purpose, the other was almost in two pieces, not at all what you expect, especially as they arrive already frozen and in plastic within plastic so you cannot see on arrival otherwise I would have rejected them. Spoiled a special dinner.”
