“It has taken us several years to get this cut , as lived in USA and this was a favourite cut to BBQ with lots of different rubs . It is wonderful the last one we BBQ on the tow path on our narrowboat trip delicious. Great service, delicious meats also recommend a trip to Pipers farm to learn how they rear their meats.”
