The beef mince is very good and I finally managed to make an amazing traditional "ragù" (bolognese sauce). I even tried it just quickly cooked on a pan with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and it was delicious - no side flavors of what I call the dead-dog flavour I generally taste when eating any other type of meat from local butchers and super market chains.”
