“All the meat from Pipers Farm is delicious. The grass fed Beef short rib, which is on the bone, is a cut of meat I have never seen before but it is excellent either roasted or slow cooked in a stew. Lovely rich beefy flavour and very tender. Fully recommend for something different.”
