“How have I missed this enriched mince?! This is the best mince to press into burger shapes ever! And that's coming from a family who get the butcher to mince fillet steak to make burgers for the bbq. My husband calls my cooking Scorched Earth Policy and is resigned to getting overdone dried-up food. I confess that I did singe the meat juices when I shallow fried these in butter. But - they were succulent and superbly flavoured. Just sprinkle some coarse sea salt onto the cooked burgers. Add roast potatoes done in Venison fat that we collected off the top of Venison stock made from Edenmoor's venison bones.”
