“Unbelievably excellent quality and tasteful beef ! Defrosted in fridge and cooked rare to 52ºC using a Meater. Even my wife, who doesn't like beef, said it was very nice taste. She had the well seared end slices. Will definitely be buying again.”

“Sublime. This is the most expensive joint I have ever bought and was apprehensive about getting it wrong. The meat was perfect. I can’t go back to cheaper roasting joints. It’s this or nothing. If you’re considering this, please buy it.”
