“Frozen! When posting these prices you don't expect to receive frozen products. Particularly frustrating as nowhere does it say so. I paid for early delivery service so that I would have the products for evening service (I'm a private chef) and it was all frozen solid. Don't be using this company again”

We always send orders to customer frozen as we believe that freezing is natures preservative. We are sorry that you were disappointed. It does say nest to each item that 'All meat is delivered frozen in insulated packaging specifically designed to keep your food safe in transit' but I have passed your comments back to the team so that we can see if there are ways that we can make this clearer.
