“Superb beef stock and enough meat came off the bones after slow cooking to be the base for a delicious casserole incorporating the dried split peas too. I have a litre and a half of stock in my freezer too. I use this stock enhance the flavour of all slow cooking attempts too- yum”

“I love using the beef bones for making beef broth. I make up a big batch and drink it over the course of the week. I use the left over meaty bits for making a delicous stew for my husband and i. The bones are the best I've found.”
