“The latest batch of short ribs was very poor quality - all bone and fat with limited amounts of edible meat. These ribs were nothing like my first order of this product, which was excellent. I'm not sure what has changed, but if this latest batch of short ribs reflects where the product is headed, I won't be ordering again.”

“Because of the fat, the short rib is very tasty and makes a thick, rich gravy. I do mine in the slow cooker with veg and the meat just falls off the bone. One of my favourites.”
