“I ordered 2 of these. The first one we cooked was beautiful, sweet and tender, just like brisket should be. It also provided a second dinner (4 generous portions). The 2nd contained so much gristle and fat it was actually unpaletable, tough and tasteless, even after 3+ hours cooking. There was barely enough meat for 2 portions. I am disappointed at the unreliability of this cut of meat and it's preparation. I have attached a photo to give you some idea of the amount of gristle that was rolled inside.”

“Had briskets before and they were very nice but a recent order bought 3 briskets 1kg and they were auwful. Lots of hard grissly fat in these ones not the fat that melts in the mouth. The cats had most of them. The short ribs i bought with these was fine”
