“Now these oxtails I've already bought more and they're in my freezer. I'm salivating just thinking about them. Again I put them in my instant pot for an hour with the pressure on. Let the pot come down and I dropped some vegetables to steam on top back into the park and bring it up to pressure for 10 minutes. Take the veg out thicken up the gravy and move to the door of heaven. Delightful, and this beef is the best oxtail I've had since Africa back in the 60s and 70s.
