“Absolutely fabulous, BBQed this beautiful joint following Genevieve Taylor’s recipe from her book Seared. The meat had amazing flavour, was tender and succulent and to know that it comes from native breeds and small farms in the south west make it even better. Looking forward to the next one!”

“Just wanted our Christmas beef and it was delicious. Cooked as outlined on site and it worked well for us, nice and pink inside. Easy to carve and tender with great flavour. Thank you for a perfect centre piece to our meal.”
