“2 packs ordered. first looked as expected second just 2 big slices of bone with bits of meat on side. Not even any marrow. Replacement sent with one piece better but the other just as bad. You seem to think this is acceptable but I don't. May be able to make soup with it but not to be served as osso bucco. Just amazed that they could send this to a customer. Will not use again!”

I see that you have contacted our customer care team and that we have refunded you in full for the Osso Bucco from your recent order and that the butchery team are currently undertaking a review of the preparation of Osso Bucco for future customer orders. All our animals are reared in harmony with nature, weights and bone contents can fluctuate but through our careful planning of carcass balance to reduce any waste, we can ensure enough cuts are available for everyone and nothing is ever wasted. “Piper’s osso bucco is amazing! :) i slow-cook it, and it is melt-in-the-mouth delicious! I appreciate that they put a lot if care, effort and thought into farming regeneratively, and their animals experience the highest welfare. I wouldn’t even think about buying my meat from anywhere else, now.”

“Beautiful, tasty meat! I slow-cooked a couple of pieces in the Ossa Organic Beef Bone Broth that I also bought from Pipers, and the meat was like nothing else on Earth! It was very tender, incredibly flavourful, and I think probably the best meat I've ever had.”
