“A 'proper' old fashioned pork pie just like the ones I remember my grandmother making half a century ago. It's a substantial item, perfect for the post Boxing Day walk. Paired with some homemade piccalilli - a feast. The pastry case is firm but does not overpower the generous meat filling and there is a generous helping on aspic jelly holding the whole treat together. I highly recommend this.”
