“Pricey but worth the extra cost. Cannot comment on butter yet as that went straight into the freezer, but the Jersey milk is out of this world rich and the kefir is excellent - I add a slug of kefir to raita and cucumber soup for extra flavour. Yoghurt is delicious, though it might be worth putting in the product description that it is a pourable one rather than set or strained.”
