“My kefir culture has never been happier after four months on this milk. I have to cull every day because it's multiplying so quickly! I have always used unhomegenised milk but previously from supermarkets and so I didn't think this milk would give a different result but in fact the kefir is much much tastier. The milk freezes brilliantly and the litre bottles are perfect and I love that they don't have that annoying bit of foil to peel off!”
