“Excellent milk for sauces, porridge and delicious custard. Wonderful too that the farmer allows the calves to remain with their mothers. I was horrified when recent news coverage showed calves being removed from their mothers shortly after birth in many farms - heartbreaking. Wonderful to hear of young farmers showing care and respect towards their animals.”
