“I wasn’t sold on the taste of cassia when I had my first one of these, it’s almost floral, but I appreciate it being a traditional ingredient which is why I wanted to try these. Otherwise these biscuits are generously sized (as big as my palm), buttery and delicious and all proper ingredients. A lovely seasonal treat.”
