“I don't add flour to the bowl when I defrost it, I sprinkle the dough with water. The surface of the dough can dry out and harden, making it impossible for the dough to expand. By keeping the surface of the dough slightly damp I get a lovely big loaf of soft, delicious bread.”
“This was horrendous! The dough had dried out in a sealed packet that was frozen? This made the bread so dense you could of used it as a frisbee! Really not impressed by this one.”
