“The products from pipers farm are of good quality, however it’s the delivery that I feel is not up to the standard I would expect. My recent order was not delivered on the day it should have been. DUP collected the order from yourselves prior to the day of delivery but they didn’t forward it on and was left in their depot. When this was discovered they returned it to pipers farm. We waited for the order on the day of delivery unaware it was still with pipers farm. Now rather than inform the customer first thing you waited until 4 o’clock in the afternoon to inform us that our order was still with yourselves and would be delivered the following day. I would have expected an upgrade to a morning delivery in the circumstances but it didn’t arrive until 6pm. I do feel that if there is a problem with delivery the customer should be informed immediately not on the afternoon of the delivery date as any delay may impair the quality of the meat.”
