“The staff were efficient friendly and marvellous with our two Welsh springer spaniels. The food was excellent, with menus that catered for all size of appetite and tastes. Spacious room and quiet location for a very busy venue”

“Highly recommend The Bower Inn - had a Luxury Double room which was really spacious. Breakfast was excellent, the dogs especially enjoyed their complementary sausages”

“All the staff were very friendly and loved dogs. Giving them little treats (with owners permission). Our first hotel stay with our dog and we all enjoyed ourselves.”

“Nice friendly atmosphere, comfortable room, nice small garden and large car park where my dog could be walked first and last thing. Rather hazardous lane meant I wasn't able to access longer dog walking areas near the hotel, but I found lots of places nearby by car where he could exercise. He could go into most areas of the hotel, just the restaurant was out of bounds. We ate in the bar area which was very nice.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Perhaps a warning that the beds where quite high, some people may struggle with that.

“Lovely little b&b . Very welcoming and very cosy. Rooms are very spacious , loved the antique roll top bath. Very clean and comfortable . Staff are fantastic , helpful friendly funny . Food was lovely. Large car park . I didn’t mind the cows next to the building, they go to bed early but they also wake up early! My only slight negative was the banging doors, my room was above the pub/restaurant main door, it actually shook the pictures on the wall. But it closes before 10 so not an all night issue. Will defo come back .”

“The staff are lovely and very welcoming with our dog. The cosy double was spacious, very clean and had a great shower. Food was good. Would definitely recommend for a stay with your dog. There isn’t much to do in Bridgwater but we were staying en route from Devon to Yorkshire.”
