“For starters my name is Jayne ... We never got to Rowton hall , not heard anything from pets pyjamas about refund . All I keep getting is an automated message , tried phoning but no answer ... Not impressed with the service , have been trying to get a reply since 25 march .........”

“Found Pets Pyjamas by accident but they turned out to be the best accident we have ever had. Would use them over and over as they got our requirement spot on! Rowton Hall was perfect for Lady Gracie of Ascot (Great Dane).”

“Lulu can be nervous at times, but she felt right at home after checking out our room and the extensive gardens. The welcome we all received was warm and friendly, indeed the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was comfy (if a little “tired”), and the food was (almost) excellent. The best part for Lulu though, was the freedom to run around the gardens, sniffing in nooks and crannies and looking for squirrels!”
