Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? New place needs to look at it's signs. We arrived in the gloom and in horrendous rain and the signs are simply too faint to read. Yet another example of design over function.

“really is a motel as rooms are quite a way from facilities. Having said that the place was well organized and the gardens and grounds are beautiful.”

“Stayed here for one-night. Dogs allowed in bar, so ate there for breakfast. Dinner menu very expensive, so best to go to a local pub in my opinion. Great walks in the grounds, although I did lose him at one point, and he was returned to me by a waitress that had found him sitting at the (open) door to the kitchens (!). Good venue, recommended.”

“We had a wonderful weekend at the New Place with our two dogs. Lovely walks around the grounds and dogs were very welcome. Even had doggy icecream!! Marked a 4 due to very slow service. Very short staffed and the wedding being held was taking priority. Absolutely understand this hence only 1 mark down but hopefully they can sort this out in future as would be a 5 out of 5 otherwise. Would definitely return.”

“Great place to stay if you have a dog. Lovely path round the estate where you can walk your dog. Our room was on the ground floor with easy access to the lawn courtyard. Dogs are allowed in the bar area and you can order either from the bar or restaurant menu. We also got a fantastic room rate from Pets Pajamas which included breakfast and evening meal. Will definitely be back.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We were welcomed by everyone working here and felt that nothing was too much to ask for.

“New Place Hotel is an amazing place to stay at with your dog. The rooms are in a courtyard behind the main house and are really well appointed. Bed is comfortable, shower room is spacious with a really good shower. Food is served in the main house either in the dining room or, if you have your dog with you, in the bar area. There's a good choice of food to choose from in the evening and the breakfast is served buffet style. There is a perimeter path around the property which is excellent for walking your dog within the 32 acres of land. We had a one night stop here recently and we're very impressed with the quality here and the friendliness of all the staff, nothing is too much to ask.”
