Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Relaxed atmosphere in the dining area where your dog is welcome.

“Had a wonderful weekend break. Comfy beds great nights sleep. Breakfast was delicious juice cereal toast tea/coffee full English or other fab choices. Staff were fab friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. The views from our room and the seating area outside were beautiful. Space to walk our dog outside. Grassy Area with dog bin to left of hotel just passed the car park. Oh”

“We were thoroughly happy with our 2 night stay in the Ennerdale apartment at Embleton Spa hotel. The location is really handy for visiting various places and walks . The rooms were spotless and very accommodating, we even had our own decorated Christmas tree. Comfy bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath and fab shower, kitchen with several appliances. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious. The hotel was very dog friendly and there was a supply of dog treats and poo bags available. Would recommend this hotel highly.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? We needed to add for supplies of toilet rolls, tea bags . However dealt with super speedy.

“We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was catered for. The only downside was that the car park was badly lit. We needed a torch to get to the Dog walk area and no lighting whatsoever on the dog area.”

“Very nice hotel, approx 15min drive from Keswick. We stayed in a ground floor apartment very easy with the dogs. Dogs can accompany you within the bar and restaurant,.... which is rare even in supposed dog friendly places. Food was good, and well cooked. Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble, and all very dog friendly.”

“My wife and I and our golden retriever had a great time over the bank holiday weekend at the Embleton Spa hotel. We were looking for somewhere to stay that allowed dogs in the rooms and restaurant and would definitely recommend and will be returning. The staff are all friendly and welcoming to us and our retriever. Breakfast included and was really lovely. Even had a sausage for our dog. The setting is great with lovely views, and the general area is great with lots of places to visit and many nice walks on the doorstep. Very close to Basenthwaite lake. Definitely recommend.”

Would you like to add any more feedback about your stay? Pool was nice and warm but steam room wasn’t working which was a shame.

“Hotel stay was lovely. The staff really made the whole experience a joy. Happy people doing a great job. Room spacious, clean with a beautiful en-suite which was a full size bathroom! Restaurant served nice food and we tried the cocktail and wine of the month..both went down very well. The hotel is most definitely dog friendly and jasmine( my mini schnauzer) enjoyed her own sausage at breakfast and bar snacks for dogs! We loved it and will be back!”
