Nice Cottage, fantastic confined back grassed garden, everything you need to have a good stay, you will find here, walks straight on your doorstep, a short drive from Liphook town centre, scenic walks everywhere within a short drive, even the coast is only forty minutes away, the only fault I have is that we were unaware when booking about the proximity of the military activity and firing range, (not sure how often this occurs but it was most days on our weeks stay) so if you have a dog which is nervous of load bangs, be cautious of booking this cottage.

Due to coronavirus this booking sadly couldn't take place 27-30 March 2020 Hobbis House so we cancelled this booking before the arrival date. The property looked very nice and was perfect for what we needed.

Pets pyjamas went over and above the call of duty when we booked out trip. The customer service was remarkable. We stayed at Flusco wood and it was absolutely brilliant.

This was the best accomodation we have stayed in with Monty. We had a clean, spacious and well appointed suite, good parking and delicious meals. Every member of staff was pleasant and efficient and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The price charged by Petpyjamas was excellent value for money.

Stable door in kitchen brilliant. Practical and stylish throughout, had to be wary of steep stars, though - we were warned beforehand. Lovely location but only half an hour by bus to seafront. Definitely staying again!

Stayed here for one night having never been to the area before. The B&B was clean and the hosts were friendly the communal areas and bedroom were old fashioned - pine furniture swamped the bedroom - the bathroom seemed far more up to date and included nice toiletries. There were some tiny dog treats a dog towel and feeding mat within the room for our dog although they state dogs are very welcome we were informed straight away of a ‘paws on the floor policy’ which is understandable. There was a nice breakfast in the morning and the dog got a sausage which lasted all of 2 seconds. Upon check out we were ask about Pets Pyjamas and informed it would have been cheaper to book direct as Pets Pyjamas took 18% of the booking price. We actually paid exactly the same price but felt a bit awkward with this comment. The area of Filey is very run down the beach is nice enough but town isn’t. We went to Hunmanby beach on the second day which was far nicer. Normally like a more modern more luxurious place, and not that impressed with area but enjoyed night away.
