“Excellent provision for dogs and their owner. Great to have plenty of space to exercise Daisy, my yellow Labrador. Staff were sensitive to her and my needs and consistently helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“Checked in 4pm on Saturday to be told that they did not have a reservation for our stay that night...Managed to put us in the last dog friendly room that they had which was a disabled room. Being a disabled room meant that the toilet & basin were far lower than normal & you had to bend down to use the mirror. The toilet seat was also broken. The following morning the water in the shower was only barely warm at best and the towels smelt like they had been stored in a damp area. The cost of the food at the Mill is exorbitant with a small piece of Salmon costing around £28. Granted they gifted us our bottle of wine that evening for the inconvenience of check in BUT having still spent just over £350 for our bed, breakfast & dinner I feel that this venue is certainly not value for money!!”
