“Poor communication, it took 8 days to receive an email to say that they had been shipped. I didn't even receive the communications that they said I would receive in one of their own emails. I appreciate that covid has had an impact but taking nearly two weeks is far too long to buy a pair of wellies. I run a business and we ship out 50 cases per day and they are processed in one day and sent by 24HR delivery, I don't think covid is a good enough excuse. Sorry to sound harsh!”
