“Great saddle once I had received one that wasn’t faulty. The first saddle I received my saddle fitter was unable to remove the gullet and was worried the screw was cross threaded which would cause me problems in the future. After being spoken to by Gavin (the owner of the business) extremely rudely until he realised I had only had the saddle for one day. It was exchanged with no further issues. I was told the saddle was sold to someone else so I hope they don’t have future problems. I certainly wouldn’t recommend Pet & Pony but the saddle is great.”

After checking the saddle, we did not find it to be faulty, but as you had only just received it and had concerns raised by your saddle fitter, we agreed to exchange it for you to make sure you were happy and had confidence in the product.
