“This is not a review of the product which is excellent. However due to Parcelforce claiming they had attempted delivery two days running when they didn’t (we were in all day the first day) and no card was left saying they had attempted delivery. On ringing to find out where the parcel was I was told awaiting collection at their depot 40 minutes drive away. I will now be ordering from suppliers who only use DPD.”
