“My husband had received the letter that told him to shield for 12 weeks. This meant that I was also unable to leave the house to shop and we ran out of our dogs favourite food. We failed to source it locally but found the pet and pony website. You delivered the bag of food in a surprisingly short time and Malcolm ( the dog) is still chomping his way through his stash. We are now on week 7-8 and we all owe you a great big THANK-YOU.”
