“Sorry but the item I ordered ( the one in the photo/advert) was not the item I received. When I called your company I was told you no longer supplied this particular refil and that it was obsolete. I queried why you were still advertising it for sale if that was the case, but received no satisfactory answer. I was however offered a full refund. In the meantime though I have managed to exchange the item I received ( the automatic rechargeable refil)for a suitable replacement, locally, and so do nit require a refund.”
