“My order was left outside my house by royal mail and has dissapeared. after the initial reply from Oasis customer services (they sent a form to fill in) I haven't heard anything back although I insisted..I was expecting them to resend my order straight away but nothing..no contact, no applogiese nothing..very very dissapointing”
