“My experience with Perfume Oasis was terrible, especially with their so-called client relations representative Adam B. His interaction was extremely poor, negative, and rude. He showed no willingness to help or resolve issues, no understanding of customer care, and seemed completely uninterested in retaining or respecting customers. I’m genuinely shocked that someone with such a careless attitude holds a client relations position — he damages the company’s reputation instead of improving it. Due to his unhelpful and disrespectful behaviour, I decided to return my item — which I am fully entitled to do — but the company insisted I pay for the return postage, leaving me at a total loss. On top of that, they displayed one price online but charged me a higher amount at checkout, then refused to refund the difference. This company lacks integrity, transparency, and professionalism. I strongly advise others to avoid Perfume Oasis to save themselves from frustration and financial loss. Adam B even went as far as encouraging me to shop at Fragrance Direct instead of representing and upholding the reputation of the company he works for, stating and agreeing to purchase from Fragrance Direct as its ’s cheaper there. Shocking.”
