“Product itself was great…. Actually getting it was absolute torture! Sadly the Royal Mail delivery service could only be described as very poor at best, they claimed they had delivered my package and supplied a photo as evidence. Just a shame the photo was of a completely different parcel with someone else’s name and address on it… and when I contacted them they failed to respond at all. However on contacting Perfume oasis they found the PO tracking had changed to say the PO still had the package (although still with the same photo evidence of delivery ‍♂️!) All this meant I didn’t get my package prior to Christmas so had to go out on Christmas Eve to buy an alternative gift to replace it. Anyway I was eventually able to rearrange delivery, far from satisfied though!”
