“This fragrance was sincerely disappointing. I tried a sample at Boots and loved wearing it but when the real thing was ordered and used by me it wasnt as I remembered and much lighter. I originally ordered one for myself and one for a friend and due to my disappointment I returned my spare gift intended bottle. Returns process was horrendous and was at my expenses as it failed to meet a criteria to qualify for free return. I appreciate it was a busy time but returns were none priority and I had to email many times and wait for ages before my refund was processed. Poor commuications lead me to the conculsion that I would not be able to recommend or reuse this company ever again.”
