“Nightmare to find when you don't know the airport. Improved signage would be helpful. When I eventually found the way into the car park, the process went smoothly. Staff were helpful and clear on what to do on return. It was not clear that I was booking through a third-party agent and not the airport directly. On the way back to my car, an employee spotted that I was trying to find things. They accompanied me to the key boxes and supported me in finding my car. The extra mile was appreciated.”
“Once I found the meet and greet it was good and easy but finding the meet and greet area was hard as there wasn't any signage until the very small turn off to the area and i ended up driving through drop off twice and having to pay for that. You need to get more signange to the meet and greet area.”
