“Absolutely a joke! Very poor customer service when things go wrong. Was waiting for half an hour for a van to pick my family from airport. They have never arrived. Supposed to be a few minutes service only. Plus they charge extra fiver on top of your booking so it might not be the best value for money!”
Thanks for your feedback. During busy times, there can be a little extra waiting time sadly. That is due to the amount of planes that suddenly land at the airport.
