“Got back from our trip to be shouted at for apparently not ringing up even though we had rang them twice saying that we had arrived and they picked us up, waited at airport for around 20-30 mins after calling because of ‘traffic’ even though there was none. Got back to my car after being shouted out from a lad who complained about people not ringing even though we did and said about how much he hates his job (Very professional)
