“On return, there was not enough room on the bus for us as some rude people pushed in front of us. We were left to wait for the bus to go back, pick up more passengers, and then come back for us. We had a 3 hr onward drive, and this made us late setting off.”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. Unfortuantley, some people can be rude and whilst we try to police this, some people just don't listen to the driver.
“Although there were a lot of bad reviews, I decided to give them a try, and all I can say everything was perfect, drop off and pick-up was fast, car seems to be well looked after, no nonsense and low rates. Lovely.”
“We didn’t have good experience with this company… they charge £5 airport entrance fee instead of using free drop of area and they don’t warn you at the time of booking. Also they lost our keys at the time of collection and we spent 20-30 minutes tired after the flight for them to find the keys :(”
I'm sorry to hear this. Liverpool Airport have closed the free drop off which means the car park now have to charge to go into the car parks. So rather than paying to drop you where the old 'Free Drop Off' point was, they pay to take you directly to the terminal instead whihc is a better service.
