“As I went to my car to grab my bags before getting into the shuttle van with another woman around my age (early twenties). When I turned around, I witnessed the shuttle driver making an obscene, sexually suggestive gesture (clearly pretending to pleasure himself) as a “joke” directed at his colleagues and what appeared to be his supervisor. They all laughed. I can only assume the gesture was made because we were two young women about to board the van.
This behaviour was disgusting, inappropriate, and made me feel incredibly unsafe, especially as a solo female traveller. It’s disturbing that this kind of conduct is not only tolerated but encouraged by other staff, including management. Completely unprofessional and vile. Avoid this company at all costs.”
