“The parking was a bit hard to find during the night, but the chap that answered the phone was very helpful and descriptive. We had to wait for someone to come in and open the office to process the reservation. Upon return we called the office and told them we're waiting for pick up by the blue kiosk- as the chap dropping us off told us to do. Nobody came for half an hour. When we called again we were told that the driver has been twice in that half and hour and didn't see us! There was NO WHITE car entering the parking the whole time we were there. When we got to the office eventually we were told we never said which blue kiosk we were by. There is only one blue kiosk where all the pick up/drop off points are situated as far as we could see. Overall not bad experience and car was fine on pick up but the wait in cold weather wasn't great. Excuses not appreciated”
