“Pick up was fine - quick and extremely helpful.
Parking up and going to airport wasn't great - we had to wait approximately 20 mins while the guy left in a car and came back in another... Luckily we had enough time to get through security but if we'd had cases to check in, then it would have been very tight. It was stressful wondering how much longer he was going to be!
Only 1 person there, so I think a minimum of 2 people working at a time would solve this.
