“The location for drop-off was easy to find and the handover of key etc was very straight forward. A payment is expected to get dropped at the terminal building otherwise you must walk from a drop off point. For collection I would suggest sending a map pin to customers as I struggled with the verbal directions given. Otherwise all was well and the price was competitive.”
